What to Expect at Your Pet's Appointment
When you understand what you can expect at your first appointment, the process will be more pleasant - for both you and your pet.
STEP 1
Get Settled
Please come in about 10 minutes early to fill out our New Patient Form. To save some time, you can complete the New Patient Form online in advance.
STEP 2
Meet Your Veterinarian
A member of our team will meet with you to review your pet's history and discuss any issues they may be having. There will be time for you to ask questions and have any concerns addressed.
STEP 3
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
Once your pet has been assessed, we will provide a diagnosis and treatment options. Your vet will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your pet.

- What types of payment options are available?
At the time services are provided or upon discharge of your pet, payment is expected in full. We accept payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
- Are there payment plans available for my pet’s care?
We are delighted to offer CareCredit as a financing option. They offer an easy application process that will give you results in minutes.
- Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?
A good-faith estimate of the cost of our services will be provided before any treatment is administered. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise and impact your final bill.
We will always explain our written estimate to all clients before they leave our facility. A deposit will be required based on our estimate before any further treatment.
- Should I call ahead to book an appointment?
Yes, please call ahead to schedule an appointment to ensure we have room in our schedule to see your pet.
If your pet needs emergency care during our regular business hours, please contact us right away.
- What is your appointment cancellation policy?
Need to cancel or reschedule an appointment? Please notify us as soon as possible so that the space in our schedule can be offered to other clients.
- What types of animals do you treat?
We provide veterinary services for dogs and cats.
- Where can I purchase my pet's prescription and food?
In our online store or our in-house pharmacy, you can purchase all the specialty food and medications your pet needs.
- What are the fees associated with a veterinary appointment?
You will be financially responsible for the initial examination fee and any diagnostics or treatment that you consent to. This payment will be due at the time of service.
An upfront deposit is required for any further hospitalization, surgery or diagnostics. Payment is due in full when your pet is discharged.
- What are the fees associated with an emergency visit?
For all emergency examinations, a deposit payment is required. Once staff and doctors have examined your pet, an estimate for treatment will be provided so a treatment plan can be developed.
An upfront deposit is required for any further hospitalization, surgery or diagnostics. Payment is due in full when your pet is discharged.
